Neighbour

NEIGHBOUR

My neighbor is cute and pretty
And clever, smart and witty
She is helpful too
But troublesome too

When I go out, she asks,
“Where are you going?”
“Why are you going?”
“With whom are you going?”

She is always peeping in our house
Just like a mouse
She loves to spread our personal matter
And to gossip and mutter

She borrows all kinds of stuff
From a pizza to a puff
And shoes to a sock
Never intending to give them back

She comes to our house ten times a day
Whether march or may
Yet however irritating she is
My sweet little neighbor she is!

Ice cream

ICE CREAM

I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM
WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!

You can have an ice cream any day
On the way, when you’re gay
When you see an ice cream you feel
“Wish I could have it for a meal!”

When you have vanilla, chocolate or strawberry
With a cherry, it makes you merry
To blackcurrent, butterscotch or mango
One just can’t say no

An ice cream held for too long in the sun
Melts and spoils the fun
An ice cream is yummy to lick
Even when you feeling sick

You can also have a sundae
To brighten up your Sunday
It’s the best thing you can find
To cheer up your mind
